About Covenant
Advocacy First. Options Always.
Covenant Homeowner Solutions is a private homeowner advocacy and real estate solutions business serving Augusta, Richmond County, and the surrounding CSRA.
Our work starts with a conversation about what you want to protect — not with an offer to buy your house.
Why we exist
Homeowners deserve better information.
When a homeowner falls behind on property taxes or a mortgage, the information available is often designed to produce a transaction rather than an understanding. Mailers promise fast cash. Websites warn of deadlines. Very little of it explains what staying in the home would actually require.
Covenant was built to change the order of that conversation. First, we listen. Second, we help you understand the options — including the ones that do not involve selling us anything. Third, if a sale genuinely fits, we present the routes side by side with the costs and ownership consequences explained.
The goal is to make a difficult decision easier to understand. Your home may be your largest asset, and the conversation should reflect what is at stake.

Service area
We are based in Augusta and work with homeowners throughout Richmond County and the greater CSRA. Our public marketing is not limited to specific ZIP codes, and we plan to expand thoughtfully as the business grows.

What we believe
Four commitments we will not trade away.
Listen before advising
What you want for your family matters more than what is easiest to transact.
Disclose the interest
If we may profit from a purchase, you will know it before you decide anything.
Stay in our lane
We are not attorneys, tax advisors, or counselors. We refer you to qualified people.
No guarantees
No one can promise a foreclosure will stop or a specific outcome. We will not pretend otherwise.
How we are organized
Different roles, clearly separated.
One conversation can involve more than one role. Here is how each is defined so you always know who you are dealing with.
Homeowner information and advocacy
Explaining options, helping you organize documents and deadlines, and identifying questions worth asking.
Brokerage services
Listing and representing a sale through Covenant Realtors, LLC, with written agency and compensation disclosures.
Direct property acquisition
An identified purchaser may make an as-is offer. That purchaser's identity and interest will be disclosed.
Third-party referrals
Attorneys, tax professionals, and HUD-approved counselors are independent of Covenant. We do not control their advice.
What we are not
We also do not promise that you will keep your home, that a sale will produce a specific amount, or that any transaction is risk-free. If someone offers you those guarantees, ask for them in writing and get independent advice before proceeding.
