Professional Disclosures
Last updated November 2026. These disclosures apply to this website and to the services offered by Covenant Homeowner Solutions. Please read them before submitting a request.
1. Who we are
Covenant Homeowner Solutions is a private homeowner assistance and real estate solutions business serving Augusta, Richmond County, and the surrounding CSRA. We are not a government agency, a nonprofit organization, a law firm, a tax authority, or a HUD-approved housing counseling provider. We do not administer government benefits and cannot approve or deny eligibility for any government program.
2. Brokerage relationship
Services are led by a licensed Georgia real estate broker associated with Covenant Realtors, LLC, 2918 Professional Parkway, Augusta, GA 30907. Brokerage contact: (706) 910-2999 · info@covenantrealtor.com. When brokerage services are provided, the relationship, agency status, and compensation are disclosed in writing as required by Georgia law before you sign an agreement. Nothing on this website creates a brokerage relationship, agency, or fiduciary duty.
3. The distinct roles you may encounter
One conversation can involve more than one role. These are kept separate and disclosed:
- Homeowner information and advocacy — explaining options, organizing deadlines, and identifying questions to ask other professionals.
- Brokerage services — listing and representing a sale through Covenant Realtors, LLC, under written agency and compensation disclosures.
- Direct property acquisition — an identified purchaser may make an as-is offer to buy your property.
- Affiliated investment interests — where an affiliated investment company is the purchaser, that affiliation is disclosed in the transaction documents.
- Third-party professional referrals — attorneys, tax professionals, and HUD-approved counselors are independent of Covenant. We do not control, supervise, or guarantee their work, and any referral compensation arrangement will be disclosed.
4. Financial interest in a purchase
We may have a financial interest in a proposed property purchase. You should assume that a company offering to buy your home benefits from completing that purchase, and evaluate the offer accordingly. If an affiliated investment company would acquire your property, its identity and its relationship to Covenant will be identified in writing before you sign anything.
5. No legal, tax, or counseling advice
The information on this website is general information, not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. We are not your attorney or tax adviser, and no attorney-client or fiduciary relationship is created by using this site or contacting us. Foreclosure, tax sale, title, probate, and contract matters should be reviewed with a qualified Georgia attorney or tax professional. Free or low-cost housing counseling is available through HUD-approved agencies.
6. No guarantee of any outcome
Contacting us does not stop a tax sale or foreclosure, suspend tax collection, extend a legal deadline, guarantee that you will keep your home, or guarantee any financial outcome. No employee, contractor, or representative of Covenant Homeowner Solutions is authorized to promise that a foreclosure will be stopped, that a tax debt will be erased, or that you will receive a specific amount of money.
7. Cash offers and estimates
A cash offer is a proposed purchase, not an appraisal. Offers are based on the property's condition, available market data, and the buyer's costs, and may be below the price obtainable through a conventional listing or a renovated resale. Any offer is subject to written terms, inspection, title review, and satisfaction of conditions. You are never obligated to accept an offer, and requesting one costs nothing.
8. Renovation and resale program
In a qualifying purchase-and-resale arrangement, the investment company purchases the home and takes ownership at the first closing. After that closing you are no longer the owner. You receive the agreed initial proceeds after applicable payoffs and closing adjustments. The company renovates and later resells the property, and a further payment may become due under the written agreement. That further payment depends on the contract and on actual renovation costs and resale results, and it may be zero. Program agreements are reviewed and closed with legal counsel, and we recommend independent legal and financial advice before signing.
9. Information accuracy
County deadlines, tax balances, foreclosure schedules, program availability, and lender requirements change. We try to keep general information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that a page reflects your current situation. Always verify balances and dates with the office or servicer that holds your file.
10. Fair housing and equal opportunity
We conduct business in accordance with fair housing law. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other characteristic protected by law. Equal Housing Opportunity.
11. Advertising and testimonials
This website does not publish fabricated reviews, invented client stories, or unverified statistics. Any testimonial or case example published in the future will be genuine and used with permission, with results identified as individual outcomes rather than typical results.
